At Momentum FTBL, all items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any orders once they have been placed.

Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including size, color, and shipping details.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at momentumftbl@gmail.com with:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item

We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

All products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes:

  • incorrect size selection
  • change of mind
  • incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been submitted for production.
