Processing Time

All orders are made to order. Once your order is placed, it will go into production before being shipped.

Production time typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the product and demand.


Shipping Time

After production is completed, orders are shipped. Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the items in your order.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


Delays

Delays may occur due to high demand, carrier issues, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Momentum FTBL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost.
